At Savoir Faire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
